Water proofing tile grout to make filling of swimming pools and industrial tile units

Description :

​

- Mora Grout is swimming grout, highly water resistance, powdered dry mix, is based on cement which modified specially resins, chemical additives and biocides 9 antifungal materials

Fields of use :

- High quality for filling of ceramic joints and industrial and natural tiles

Technical data :

- Filler: precisely crushed lime stone fractions & maximum grain size 0.3 ml

- Bindertype: Portland cement (ASTMc150)

- Additives: contain fir chemical additives to make best workability best constancy

- Density: 1.2 kg / l (aspowder)

- mixing ratio:(28 – 35) %

(0.5 – 1) kg / m2/ l  (depend on joint depth & tile thickness)

MIX PREPARATION

 

Mix between 1 and 1.2 liter of water for each 5 kg. of product, leave it resting during 5 or 10 minutes Remove it again before starting to use it. In case of narrower joints (4 – 6 mm) use a more fluid paste.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

 

- Joints must be clean, dry and free of cement, grease, etc.

- To refill the joints it has to be at least 48 hours after placing the tiles.

- It is recommended to lightly dampen the joints before proceed to refill it.

- Do not apply at the height of sun, and with very hot surface.

- Refill the joints completely with the paste using a spatula or a rubber trowel, pressing the material.

- Leave the paste harden in the joint till the brightness disappear, it normally happens before 30 minutes, proceed to a first cleaning with a lightly dampen sponge.

- Once it gets hard, remove rests from the surface with a clean and dry cloth.
