The product is a high quality coloured premixed cement-base finishing decorative plaster supplied in powder form. It is designed to finish the external and internal plastered surfaces.

It  is a unique weather - resistant material. It is specially formulated to be manually and mechanically sprayed to increase productivity.

This materials is designed in three different forms with

The same high quality to get three different architectural texture. It is available in for fine, medium, and roughtextures.

Graviato ,fine ,Medium ,Big  is a cement-base with special additives modified with Polymer Adhesive to improve workability, adhesion and colour stability against UV and direct sunlight.

 How to use  :

                                   

Surface preparation:

•Concrete to receive should be carefully formed to provide a smooth surface, free of form marks and in good condition to receive acoating of approximately (1-3)mmin thickness, form treatments or curing compounds should not contain any ingredients which might stain through or otherwise injure the concrete or prevent a good bond for subsequent coating or finishes.

•Protect surfaces not to be treated.

•After forms have been removed, cut all form tie wires back to a minimum depth of 2 cm.

•Dampen these areas with clean water and then patch flush with surrounding area using Repair mortar , fill all honey combed areas that are 1 cm or more in depth with Repair mortar .

•Remove all concrete appurtenances that extend above the level of the surface by use of a mortar hoe, stone or grinding. The surface to be coated must be clean, free of all laitance, dirt, dust, grease, oil, efflorescence, paint and foreign materials.

•Remove all traces of from release    materials

and curing compounds.

•Masonry walls to receive Graviato  should be in good condition, properly cured, laid true and free of efflorescence.

•If  surface  is  hot  or  material  starts  to drag

dampen surface with clean water.

•Do not apply material to a hot surface, cool surface with clean water first, try to work in shade as much as possible .

Trowel and float finish :

< >Apply a trowel coat of Graviato  mixed with mixing liquid (bonding agent& clean potable water).                                                                                              

 

•Mix in sufficient quantities so that the mixture has a consistency suitable for application by trowel.

•Add the powder pack content to the designed liquid volume and mix it until achieving homogenous mix. (4 liters of water /20 Kg. Sacks)

•Power mixing is better . When using power mixing ,add the drying redients to the mixing liquid.

•The work man should follow with a sponge float, the surface should be floated uniformly.

20 kg plastic sacks (powder), 5 kg Plastic pails (liquid).

Storage:

​

It has a shelf life of 12 months if kept in original packs in dry conditions.
